Terms of Service
Last updated June 1, 2026. These terms govern your use of Acrely's website and services.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing acrely.help or using any Acrely product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Access by approval
Access to the Acrely platform, including sign-in and purchase, is granted by approval and limited to whitelisted accounts. We may approve, decline, or revoke access at our discretion. Submitting an access request does not guarantee access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services, including by attempting to access them without authorization, interfering with their operation, or using voice agents for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
4. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for obtaining the consents required to record or process conversations in their jurisdictions and for the content and configuration of their voice agents.
5. Intellectual property
Acrely retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform and underlying technology. Customers retain ownership of their data. Specific license terms are governed by the master agreement executed with each customer.
6. Fees and purchases
Purchases are available only to approved customers and are governed by the order form and master agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in those documents.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acrely disclaims implied warranties and limits liability as set out in the applicable customer agreement.
