Privacy Policy
Last updated June 1, 2026. This policy explains how Acrely, Inc. handles personal data.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, work email, company, and details submitted through our access-request form — as well as limited technical data (IP address, browser type, and usage events) when you interact with acrely.help.
2. How we use information
We use information to evaluate access requests, operate and secure our platform, communicate with approved customers, and improve our products. For voice agent deployments, processing is governed by the data processing agreement executed with each customer.
3. Customer voice data
Call audio, transcripts, and derived data processed by Acrely voice agents are handled as customer data. For on-prem deployments, this data remains within the customer's environment and is not transmitted to Acrely.
4. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal data. We share information only with subprocessors necessary to operate our services, when required by law, or with your consent. A current list of subprocessors is available to customers on request.
5. Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by contract and law. Customers can configure retention for voice data within their deployment.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@acrely.help.
7. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and at rest and role-based access controls.
